Revamped from top to toe, this city-centre institution is still going strong under the aegis of a youthful family team, namely three brothers – one in the dining room (a prestigious MOF), one in the kitchen and one is a pastry chef! The contemporary culinary line-up is meticulously executed and aims to showcase the gastronomic heritage of the Gers region. Simpler fare at La Brasserie le 9e.
