L'assaggio means taste! Chef Ugo Alciati (from the Guido Ristorante, in Piedmont) is behind the menu of this elegant restaurant in the Castille Hotel. As expected, northern Italy takes pride of place: homemade agnolotti, risotto minute. All of which served in an inner patio, adorned with a fountain and frescoes.
