Good wholesome food and a casual, down-to-earth vibe depict Émile Cotte’s approach. After a traditional textbook approach to cooking, he now favours a more instinctive, spontaneous style, adding a personal twist to updated bistro classics, such as oeuf parfait, country bacon and cream of parmesan. The regularly changing slate menu is deliciously affordable and there is also a 5-course surprise menu.
