Iris and Jürgen Vigné and their team live and breathe hospitality at this restaurant on the outskirts of Salzburg. In a lovely 17C parish house, diners take their seats in one of the charming, cosy dining areas, outside on the attractive terrace or in a lounge. The classic cuisine has modern and seasonal influences; some of the ingredients are sourced locally or even from the restaurant's own garden – Jürgen Vigné sets great store by working closely with nature and is mindful of the produce he buys in. Iris Vigné is a natural born hostess who ensures that her guests feel at home. The well-curated wine list focuses on Austrian labels. They also cultivate a vineyard in the Kamptal.
