Located on the small village square, this cosy eatery has made a name for itself, while continuing to refine its original seafood and veggie theme that chef Ludovic Dumont rolls out in a several course surprise menu. The fish and shellfish are fantastically fresh and arrive direct from small boats from La Rochelle port. You can expect creative, well-thought out dishes: carpaccio of dentex, blue radishes and a yoghurt dressing; John Dory with a frothy rosemary-flavoured butter; hazelnut and fig crumble.
