This restaurant’s modern appearance provides a striking contrast with its surrounding buildings. Although the menu is described as Nikkei, the Japanese influence is more noticeable here than the Peruvian. Meals start with ceviche and continue with sushi, the latter ranging from classic Japanese to the restaurant’s more creative “American” style. A well-stocked bar and attractive cocktails add to the appeal, while the restaurant’s location makes it convenient for the National Theatre (HNK).
