The young chef, who was practically brought up here, offers tasting menus from which dishes can also be chosen à la carte, with a focus on fresh and colourful dishes featuring herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s own garden, alongside ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, most of whom are local.
