Run by a young couple, Iwasaki boasts subtle yet decorative oriental-inspired details and a glass-fronted kitchen enabling guests to watch the methodical working methods of chef Tatsuya Iwasaki, who is fully focused on creating dishes that exude flavour, tradition and honesty. The cuisine here is based around two delicately prepared menus: Youkoso (midweek lunches only); and Omakase (lunch and dinner every day).
