The food is certainly the star, but the poetic cocktail list is worth more than a cursory glance. Start things off with a fermented dosa stuffed with tender potatoes and red lentils, jazzed up with coconut chutney and spicy "gunpowder." Next, a tranche of seabream over mint yogurt may seem simple, but it bursts with flavor thanks to a sprinkling of malabar spices. Finish with a light and refreshing citrus granité to cool things down.
