Seafood is the star of the show here, where the Chef Luis Herrera's menu is a showcase of their sustainable seafood mission. Choose from a variety of ceviche and aguachile or nosh on the tostada de atun with salsa macha or the taco de pescado where the fish is battered and fried until golden and crisp. Vegetarian friendly options are available. Desserts are limited, but don't skip the hibiscus pie encased in a crumbly cookie crust with hazelnuts and sea salt.
