Since 1870, this house has been in the same family, already in its sixth generation. They serve down-to-earth regional and seasonal cuisine made from good produce. The ambience is cosy and rustic; in summer the terrace commands a lovely view of the countryside. There are also a few guestrooms and a holiday apartment. Excursions possible in the Naturpark Vogelsberg.
Gastronomie et durabilité
"We are firmly rooted in our region: we source meat, fish and vegetables – often organic – from within a 50km radius, we process whole lambs and wild animals, cook and heat with wood from our own forest, have our own fruit and herb garden and are active members of Hessen à la Carte."
