Located in the centre of Évora, just a few metres from the town’s unusual clock museum (Museu do Relógio), this small, unpretentious and relaxed restaurant with just five tables showcases its bold, innovative cuisine in recipes that are almost experimental, and where there’s a complete focus on sustainability.
