MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Having been abandoned for 25 years, this former stainless steel workshop has been brought back to life by a couple who previously ran the Auberge de la Veveyse. To a backdrop of original decor and a chic industrial ambience, guests can choose between brasserie-style dishes in the front, or more ambitious menus in the restaurant’s gastronomic section. Whatever you do, don’t miss the delicious desserts!
