MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This traditional restaurant has three wood-panelled dining rooms. The house specialities are fresh trout, game in the autumn and kid in the spring. Although it is also hard to imagine it without other menu favourites such as the double veal cutlet, calves’ liver or Alpine cheese ravioli. The friendly couple now running Adler are the second generation of the Jann family to occupy this 17C building, which has been a restaurant for more than 150 years.
