ESTERRE partners with Alain Ducasse, a legend of the gastronomic world, to express the seasons and natural beauty of Japan. The chef, Kei Kojima, who studied under Ducasse, creates a healthful, aesthetically pleasing fusion of French and Japanese cuisines.
