Tucked away down the cobbled streets of the Old Town is a 400-year-old building which is home to both a boutique hotel and this intimate restaurant. Dine amongst black & white photos of Riga in the long, narrow room or, in summer, book a spot on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Daugava River. Creative menus showcase prime ingredients that originate mostly from the Baltic region and the Barents Sea, with Mother Nature leading their evolution throughout the year. Subtle international influences are in evidence, in dishes such as duck magret with fig, pear confit, parsnip cream and port sauce.
