This pale-stone château is home to a fine dining restaurant that gives pride of place to ingredients from the South of France, particularly the Mediterranean, crafting them with undeniable elegance. Think concentrated jus and robust seasonings (including subtle use of peppercorns), as well as some lovely fresh kicks, particularly on the dishes presented as trilogies.
