Artzain means shepherd in Basque – a tribute to the owner’s father. In the heart of the village, this old barn has been entirely restored and now sports a rustic designer style (the furniture is by Basque craftsman Alki). The food is seasonal and mainly local. Excellent address.

"We have a short menu that changes every six weeks or evolves according to our producers' production and crops. Our suppliers are all located within a small radius of the restaurant so that we limit our carbon footprint. Our organic waste goes to our neighbours, who have chickens."
