The Italian owner-chef opened this al fresco dining spot to showcase authentic Italian fare, adding a subtle local spin. The menu changes daily to keep it fresh and hyper-seasonal, but beef carpaccio is a firm fixture – thinly sliced raw Aussie beef dressed in anchovy sauce and olive oil, topped with croutons and shaved parmesan.
