The first-generation owner-chef learned from Teiichi Yuki, who was known for coining the phrase world-famous Japanese cuisine. Second-generation owner-chef Ryusuke Nakatani carries on the tradition of beautiful dishes and warm hospitality. The gorgeous seasonal tsukuri and hassun are also pleasing to the eye. He uses choice local seafood and vegetables to convey the appeal of Osaka. Seasonal decorations complement the refined sukiya interior design. A kimono-clad waitress serves the customers.
