                        When he returned home to Japan, the chef was entrusted by legendary Parisian chef and restaurateur Alain Passard with carrying the torch of French cuisine for the next generation. As if to signal his determination to complete the mission, he showcases his techniques in an open kitchen, explaining what he is doing while sometimes adding stories. Egg cuisine is an homage to Passard.
