Welcome to the achingly scenic village of Achet in Condroz, which is home to an excellent eatery, clad in characteristic Ardennes stone. Gregorio Clavello adds a subtle twist to his Italian roots, rustling up a flavoursome seasonal lineup with the odd eclectic twist.
