While the interior is adorned in contemporary art, the food continues to celebrate classicism, in the style of a plush bourgeois home in which each guest is pampered as if they were a VIP. Unsurprisingly, the menu features a patriotic lineup of French classics: lobster, pressed leeks, quince dressing or whole roast pigeon garnished with beetroot chutney and basted in offal gravy.
