This is the first overseas branch of the Tokyo flagship restaurant, with the head chef also hailing from Tokyo. To ensure the utmost freshness and authenticity, the vast majority of ingredients are flown in daily from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market. However, the chef also carefully sources premium local ingredients from Hong Kong to complement the menu.

The restaurant offers a chef’s omakase set menu for both lunch and dinner, available by reservation only, featuring innovative seasonings and classic techniques.
