Their fresh cuisine follows current trends, as demonstrated by their signature amuse-bouche – an ode to their grandfather, who owned a pickle company: a refreshing sweet-and-sour piccalilli sorbet served with sweet-and-sour pickle creams and a carrot coulis finished with dill oil.
