Bonifas is steeped in the charm of a country inn with welcoming staff and a warm contemporary ambience. Chef Grégory Duranton is an unabashed fan of Gallic cuisine. You can expect rich dishes that star ingredients such as suave foie gras, intense truffle-flavoured pasta and a cut of Limousin beef crafted with textbook perfection and served with a béarnaise sauce of such depth that it will knock your socks off.
