Sensual as the high-albedo plaster and citrus-perfumed air are, you don’t have to subsist on those alone; a trio of restaurants in smartly appointed spaces make sure of that. Adra’s the headliner, showcasing deliriously vibrant gastronomic acrobatics in the Tunisian idiom, but Kamilah and the beach grill hold their own in the open-kitchen Mediterranean fusion and the outstandingly fresh comfort modes, respectively. A whole host of reasons support the al fresco dining philosophy here: a pair of outdoor infinity pools, the discretely floodlit façade, and commanding views of the bay. We suppose you’ll need to wander indoors at some point to take advantage of Spa Clarins or fireside cocktails in the lobby bar, but the name of this hotel drops a telling hint — it’s Arabic for “full moon.”

This hotel is definitely a gem amongst its area. The service from the concierge is immaculate. I found the service very accomodating and the concierge himself provided his utmost best to ensure our group had settled in well. The service provided by all the staff at this hotel is what allows it to be so highly rated. Once you become familiar with the resort it is easy to enjoy what the hotel has to offer. The biggest downside of this place would be the rulings around the pool. Limiting pool access for a very strict dresscode is not only discriminatory but very concerning. It is unfortunate that we could not experience the pool, a distinguished feature to this hotel. It is severely disappointing management would impose such restrictions on guests activitivies. This is enough to be put off by the experience of staying here as the pool happens to be the focal point of this hotel. I urge management to have a thorough review of their regulations. To a great degree, the staff that work here shape the experience of their guests and thankfully so, because the pools restrictive access is dismal.
