On November 22, Robert Parker Wine Advocate's Matter of Taste returns to New York for the final event of 2019. Held at the opulent Ziegfeld Ballroom in Midtown Manhattan, the event will feature over 250 outstanding wines at the walk-about tasting, each rated 93 or more points by our esteemed troop of Wine Advocate reviewers, as well as a number of stellar masterclasses.
On the docket is the “Perfect Evening” 1,000-Point Dinner. (Go large or go home, right?!) This 1,000-Point Dinner features a who’s-who of icon wines, fetching from Champagne, Napa Valley, Bordeaux, Tuscany, the Rhone and more. Get set for savoring 10 spectacular wines from around the world that have all recently received 100 points by The Wine Advocate. This evening of pure wine hedonism begins with a Champagne reception with hors d'oeuvres, followed by a perfectly paired five-course menu at two-MICHELIN-starred Gabriel Kreuther. Your hosts for the evening will be members of the Robert Parker Wine Advocate reviewer team: Joe Czerwinski, William Kelley, Monica Larner and Editor-in-Chief Lisa Perrotti-Brown, MW, who will share with you their expert knowledge about the wines being poured. Every bottle has been sourced directly from the wineries, assuring the provenance and condition of these very special, rare bottles.
Seats for this once in a lifetime opportunity to experience “A Perfect Evening” are extremely limited. Please book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
