The rooms, though they’re both stylistically and functionally ultra-modern, feel surprisingly warm and organic, and the wide porthole windows pair well with the soaking tubs in the junior suites. Cala Roca, the hotel’s restaurant, marries wood-fired Italian and Colombian flavors, and Quemao, the rooftop bar, is a particular delight.
