Now with a new name and under new management, this listed building in the centre of the old town has plenty of Viennese charm, as well as a wonderful vaulted ceiling in the restaurant. Having taken over from Walter Bauer, chef-patron Marcus Duchardt proposes his own take on classic cuisine imbued with Austrian and French influences – available à la carte or as a set menu.
