A 300m2 synergistic garden, purified and vitalised water from a spring on the property, eco cleaning products which use effective micro-organisms, composting of kitchen waste and dead branches from the grounds, plus its own production of vinegar, honey, bread and fermented drinks. The Osteria Borsò Gambrinus truly has the well-being of the planet at heart, as demonstrated by its membership of the CON+TESTA project.
