A wine bar-cum-osteria with a warm, rustic decor and a menu offering fish and meat dishes, including specialities such as fried scampi, squid, crayfish and vegetables, all seasoned with olive oil. There’s also a good choice of wines by the glass, with a focus on natural wines.
"A 300m2 synergistic garden, purified and vitalised water from a spring on the property, eco cleaning products which use effective micro-organisms, composting of kitchen waste and dead branches from the grounds, plus its own production of vinegar, honey, bread and fermented drinks. The Osteria Borsò Gambrinus truly has the well-being of the planet at heart, as demonstrated by its membership of the CON+TESTA project."
