At this trendy Alpine-style restaurant, the kitchen works exclusively with regional produce, much of it their own. Seasonality and sustainability are a central tenet – the staff will be happy to tell you more about their concept. To order, simply mix and match the dishes on the menu that pique your interest. The wines are also sourced from the region and surrounding areas – astute recommendations come courtesy of the friendly service team.
"For us, sustainable working is not a phenomenon of the 2020s, but has been a matter of course for many years! Only well-known producers from the Grisons, our own animal husbandry (ProSpecieRara) and potatoes, beans and grain from our own fields dictate our menus."
