This tasteful, elegant restaurant is located in a historical building that was erected in 1913 to house a department store and later converted into the Carlton Elite hotel. They serve classic, top-notch cuisine; in the evening a more modern five-course menu with beef Wellington, tartar and crêpes Suzette is also available. Great wine list, including an impressive selection of 40 or so types from the Domaine Romanée-Conti.
