The main room is fitted with theatrical lighting and exudes understated elegance; the private dining rooms are also stylishly done out. The head chef hails from Chaozhou and specialises in the cuisine of his hometown. The marinated meat platter is a great way to sample a few of his signature items and their layers of flavours at once. The silky Bombay duck omelette is seasoned with fish sauce for extra umami. Pre-order seafood such as giant whelks.
