A romantic restaurant, ambassador for Isola della Scala, a renowned location for the production of rice, which chef Davide Botta celebrates with a "risotto menu", while–in general–the line of the cuisine takes inspiration from the regional tradition with hints of Valle d’Aosta and Brescia cuisine tied to the origins of the owners. The break can be prolonged in colorful comfortable rooms in a seventeenth-century watermill, with a small adjacent museum.
