The cooking at Orchard Hotel’s Cantonese restaurant comes with a contemporary flourish, as seen in signature dishes like sautéed prawns with avocado and salted egg yolk; stewed oxtail with garlic in brown sauce; and crispy roast duck. If you’ve come for dim sum, do try the steamed bean curd with assorted vegetables.
