Dedicated to making artisanal pasta from scratch, Doughroom is a keeper for all Italian food lovers. The dough room itself, where all the pastas are made fresh daily, is undoubtedly the heart of the restaurant. While offering authentic flavors of Italy, it also serves fusion dishes using ingredients familiar to the local palate — for example, their buckwheat cannelloni. Asking for the action-packed dough room table when making a reservation is highly recommended.
