The atmosphere in this lovingly decorated restaurant is charming and welcoming. Over the service counter you can take a look into the partly open kitchen and watch chef-patron Karl Ress at work. He is a master of his craft and works meticulously to bring out the full flavour of his ingredients. The dishes on the menu are classical and seasonal – you can opt for the surprise menu or order à la carte.
