Comfortably seated in this bright, cheerful Landes inn, you will taste a modern score whose occasional globetrotting influence is paired with local produce: miso soup with duck confit, gnocchis of herbs and sheep milk cheese, pear poached in curcuma. Generous portions of appetising fare and infinite respect for the seasons. When the weather is fine, many patrons make a beeline for the patio abutting the vegetable garden.
