The Macau outpost of the award-winning establishment is now helmed by the Sicilian-born Chef Riccardo La Perna. Though it offers the same meticulous fine-dining experience as its Hong Kong flagship, only one degustation menu focusing on Sicilian cooking is served. In the white truffle season that begins every October, hand-rolled pasta with 3 types of truffles is a must. Do save room for their tiramisu or desserts made with seasonal fruits.
