The Adile Sultan Palace is an events venue that is as spectacular as its name suggests. A stroll through the building will give you a sense of its grandeur and splendour – characteristics that Borsa is fortunate to share. To dine against a breathtaking backdrop of the Bosporus, head to the terrace. This upmarket restaurant showcases traditional Turkish cuisine on an à la carte basis. In his dish featuring medium-rare lamb ribs, spinach and roast potatoes, the chef allows the distinctive flavours of the ingredients to shine through. Less is more at Borsa. Make sure you leave room for dessert – the classic katmer (crispy filo pastry filled with pistachio) is very tempting!
