Between the Quai des Célestins and St Paul is the domain of Willy Lieu, who was Jacques Chirac's personal chef. Here, he pays tribute to authentic Thai cuisine, serving all the great classics – pad thai, tom yam –, generously prepared and full of flavour, with the requisite spiciness. Reasonable prices and good service.
