Whether they knew it or not, the Mondrian brand was always destined to turn up in Ibiza, a destination that’s equally dedicated to glamorous nightlife and idyllic beach life. This gleaming terraced structure stands proudly over the bay at Cala Llonga, its exterior an almost impossibly pure shade of white. And inside, the brand’s signature minimalist-chic look softens to off-white and cream, but retains its heavenly, almost unearthly atmosphere.

And the Mondrian comes equipped with several distinct dining and drinking venues, ranging from a beachside bar with a DJ booth to a seafood-focused Mexican restaurant and Sun & Moon, serving light bites and cocktails from noon to midnight.
