Here, the mountains reign supreme: the vertiginous journey to reach this historical farmhouse with a panoramic terrace, fireplace and creaky wooden floors, but most of all when it comes to the food. "My team and I like to work with produce that comes directly from our mountain. We forage for flowers and plants ourselves, cultivate our own herb garden and use animal products that are particular to our region.
