Situated within the luxury Grand Hotel La Favorita in the centre of Sorrento, this restaurant has the typically opulent style of a grand hotel. In the kitchen, the chef works with top-quality ingredients to create dishes influenced by Campania with his own personalised touches. Seasonal vegetable soup, “scuncilli” and marinated onions; red mullet served with fries, lettuce, radish and saffron mayonnaise; and Caprese 2.0 are some of the more interesting options on the menu.
