L'Écailler is a Brussels institution. The turquoise tiles behind the long bar, the wonderful woodwork, the gorgeous carpets and the nostalgic charm of this building make for an irresistibly inviting setting. A champion of classic cuisine, the chef excels in preparing fish and seafood dishes, but during the hunting season, his game specialities are also not to be missed.
