Located in the centre of the spa town, this restaurant serves delicious cuisine that oscillates between tradition and modernity, while remaining open to creativity. The chef uses local and seasonal ingredients: white asparagus, mimosa condiment and a mousseline sauce with sweet spices; veal with morel mushrooms and grilled shallot confit… Service with a smile.
