Black Smoke packs a distinctly American punch. The dimly lit, unpolished, rough and rugged interior is steeped in the smoky aroma of BBQ. The pitmasters have perfected the art of grilled meat in true Texan fashion. Traditional techniques, Latino influences and local produce for meals rich in big-boned, heart-warming flavours.
