The first edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dining Series 2020 connects two generations of Thai chefs.
Supinya ‘Jay Fai’ Junsuta, the veteran street-food hawker, and her 1 MICHELIN Star restaurant, will meet with Supaksorn ‘Ice’ Jongsiri, the up-and-coming chef and owner of Sorn, a 2 MICHELIN Star restaurant.
On the 17-18 March 2020, the local legend and the young bloods whose hearts are devoted to nothing but to safeguard Thai culinary heritage will pay homage to the essential art of Thai cuisine with only the best cookery.
Your night will be introduced to bold flavours with a touch of the street’s finest - among the best Thailand has to offer.
The debut edition of MICHELIN Guide Dining Series 2020 features canapés, amuse bouche, five starters, six main courses, and two desserts. The event is private (invitation-only). The dinners will be held on 17th and 18th March 2020 at Sorn Fine Southern Cuisine on Sukhumvit 26.
