MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
An unpretentious, friendly and informal restaurant whose aim is to provide maximum enjoyment for its guests and for them to experience a full explosion of flavours. Its owner-chefs, who alternate between working in the kitchen and front of house so that they can explain their dishes to customers, favour contemporary cuisine that combines flavours and ingredients from different parts of the world, to create consistent dishes showcasing delicate textures and meticulous presentation. A large array of formulas and menus are available so that dishes can be shared by the whole table whenever possible.
